Sparkling wine Brut Blanc de Blancs classic method, elegant and precious, it comes from only Chardonnay grapes produced from old vines with an average age of 40 years which give great complexity and finesse. It is a cuvèe of two vintages to always guarantee a perfect balance between acidity and freshness. Contact with yeasts for at least 20 months.

Great as an aperitif, it is perfect paired with sea fish, shellfish, salmon, oysters and caviar. Given its excellent acidity, it also goes well with our local salami.
Rosé sparkling wine of great freshness, striking for the balance between the aromas of bread yeast of its classic method of production and the young fruit of Groppello and the remaining grape.
Ideal sparkling wine for an aperitif or with a meal, it pairs perfectly with lake fish and white meats. Also excellent with vegetarian dishes and fruit salads.
Fruity and floral white wine, fresh and slightly balsamic, it has excellent ageing potential through which it releases greater complexity and creaminess.

PAIRINGS:
Good as an aperitif, but it gives its best served during a meal. It pairs beautifully with white meats, lake and sea fish, pizza and caprese salad. Given its structure and acidity, it combines very well with very tasty typical Mediterranean dishes. Excellent with truffles.

Perfect expression of a terroir and a microclimate naturally suited for the production of a refined “Chiaretto” (Rosé) where the freshness, elegance and delicacy of Lake Garda are its masters.
Ideal paired with lake fish such as eel, pike, perch or “coregone” (whitefish from the lake). It goes very well with shellfish, fresh dishes such as caprese, pizza, all vegetarian dishes, fruit salads and fruit dishes in general. Very pleasant also as an aperitif.

Elegant and delicate, fruity and floral, mineral and slightly spicy with ageing, Mocasina is the cornerstone of our production as it is obtained from the autochthonous grapes Groppello biotype of Mocasina, a hamlet of the municipality of Calvagese della Riviera.

PAIRINGS:
Given its fine characteristics, it is a red wine that loves simple white and red meat dishes, roasts, risotto, local salami, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Rosso Superiore is obtained from the historical blend of the Riviera del Garda Classico, using a higher percentage of Marzemino, harvested late, compared to Groppello, Sangiovese and Barbera. Light to medium-bodied but pleasant and fresh at the same time, fruity and spicy, it is made from grapes collected from plots of a few hilly vineyards, perfect for producing an important and medium-aged red.

PAIRINGS:
Full-bodied red that prefers tasty dishes based on red meats such as “spiedo bresciano” (specialty of this area based on various meats cooked slowly on skewers), beef “tagliata” (sliced grilled t-bone steak ) and stews. Excellent also with local salami, game and aged cheeses.
Complex and lively, with great body and roundness. It finds a particular interpretation on the morainic hills, where the typical fruitiness of Cabernet Sauvignon joins the freshness and minerality of the morainic soil, limiting its sometimes exuberant nature. The light cut with Franc gives it vegetal and balsamic notes, for a very interesting and varied result. Excellent ageing qualities.

Succulent red meats like Tagliata di Manzo (sliced grilled T-bone steak), Angus steaks.
Full-bodied, complex, robust and austere/structured, with powerful tannins but smooth. It is our spearhead, a Riserva that represents the terroir of the moraine hills, and its grapes, as no one has ever done before. It is obtained by assembling grapes from six different plots of our best vineyards to have all the characteristics necessary to obtain a structured aged red: old vines with an average age of 50 years.

PAIRINGS:
Ideal with meat dishes, especially game-based. Excellent to combine with very mature hard cheeses.
Also very pleasant between meals as a meditation wine.
