Tasting proposals
For all visits:
Group welcome and guided tour of the vineyards, winemaking cellar with explanation of the processing techniques and historical / geographical information of the company; visit to the bottling room, barrel room, sparkling wine room. You can choose the tasting that suits you among our 4 proposals or request an ad hoc tasting by choosing dates and details from our calendar.
In addition, you can buy the package that’s right for you and choose the date from the calendar or by contacting us directly to define it later.
Winery tours and tasting opportunities at "La Torre"

A tour of the historic winery, housed in a 15th-century building, featuring an in-depth look at the history of the winery, the Pasini family, and the building itself. A tour of the newer winemaking facility, focusing on spontaneous fermentation, the Groppello di Mocasina grape, and our philosophy of organic farming and minimal intervention. A short walk through the vineyard and near the woods to understand the unique features of the morainic amphitheatre. To conclude: tasting of 4 wines from our production (subject to availability) with water and bread.
